This statistic reflects a wider problem in our industry. For too long, a lack of transparency and hidden metrics have trapped agencies in a negative loop, damaging client confidence and undermining performance. At Addesu we believe advertising needs a cultural reset. The traditional agency model often rewards secrecy and vanity metrics, which alienates clients and burns out talented people.

We have transitioned from an issue-response business to a challenge-solution business. This means that rather than fixing problems as they come, based on priority, we give that challenge a named owner within the team. The owner then builds a cross functional solution, making the next person who stumbles with a similar issue in the future work more efficiently. This is applied through our last two core values:
