We are paid media specialists – that is our sole focus. We cover paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and the strategy, execution, and reporting that sits around them. Our platform supports this expertise through comprehensive reporting, our AI toolkit and a Knowledge Hub.

So this means we don’t do SEO, web development, email marketing, or general brand marketing in-house. This is a deliberate choice. Our founders, Fred and Jack, previously worked at a larger agency that expanded into covering everything, and they felt the quality of their paid media work suffered as a result. Addesu was built to stay specialist.

Where clients need adjacent services, we partner with vetted specialists through our Specialist Marketplace, giving clients trusted introductions without us pretending to do work outside our expertise.

We operate flexibly here, but our preferred model is collaborative: the customer produces creative (since they know their brand best), and we provide strategic direction, creative guidelines, performance feedback, and testing roadmaps.

What we do in-house:

  • Creative strategy and testing frameworks
  • Ad copy (with brand sign-off, especially early on)
  • Basic production and resizing (via our in-beta creative resizing tool)
  • Performance analysis at creative level

What we lean on partners for:

  • Higher-spec video production
  • UGC creator sourcing and management
  • Large-scale content shoots

We also maintain a Knowledge Hub with platform-specific creative guidelines (Meta, Google, TikTok) that clients access directly, covering formats, safe zones, best practices, and refresh rates.

Our pricing is fully transparent and published on our website.

Pre-launch setup fee: £1,250 (one-off, covers technical setup, tracking audit, platform configuration, and Addesu platform onboarding)

Monthly retainer (per platform):

  • First platform: £1,250/month
  • Each additional platform: £1,000/month

What counts as a platform:

  • Google Ads + Microsoft Ads = 1 platform (Microsoft imports from Google)
  • Meta (Facebook + Instagram) = 1 platform
  • TikTok = 1 platform
  • Pinterest = 1 platform

Example: Google + Meta = £2,250/month. Google + Meta + TikTok = £3,250/month.

We don’t have minimum spend requirements. After ~6 months, we can discuss moving to a performance-based fee structure (base retainer + percentage of revenue driven) if that better aligns incentives.

This is our typical path from first conversation to launch:

  1. Discovery call — we understand your business, goals, and challenges.
  2. NDA + access request — we send an NDA and instructions to grant read-only access to all relevant platforms.
  3. Free audit (4–5 working days) — we conduct a full audit of your accounts, tracking, and website touchpoints. This is at our cost and risk.
  4. Proposal call — we present findings, a prioritised roadmap (high/medium/low impact), 12-month projections, and pricing.
  5. Decision + contract — typically 1–2 weeks.
  6. Kick-off — we can be live within ~5 working days of verbal yes. Discovery session with the account team, set up access, build reporting dashboards.

Months 1–3: Foundation phase. High-impact audit actions in month 1, medium in month 2, low in month 3. Testing framework kicks in by month 3.

Initial term: 3-month minimum. This exists because it takes roughly 4–8 weeks to work through the audit actions and a further month to see stabilised uplift.

After the initial term: 60-day rolling notice.

Longer commitments: If a client prefers a 12-month commitment for partnership stability, we can discuss a discount in exchange.

We don’t lock clients in with long contracts by default — we’d rather earn the renewal.

Whilst we work with businesses across the spectrum,  our sweet spot is small to medium sized businesses, typically spending anywhere from a few thousand to £50k+ per month on paid media.

We structure around two client profiles we find ourselves helping most:

  • “Young & Growing” — finding product-market fit in paid, building foundations.
  • “Ripe & Stagnant” — plateaued businesses that need a fresh approach to break through a ceiling.

Roughly 30–40% of our current client list is founder-led businesses in their first 5 years of operation.

Equally, our founders previously led paid media strategy for M&S, which is why you’ll also see some larger clients on our roster!

Yes – the Addesu Platform is proprietary technology that we continue to develop each year. Every client gets full access from day one.

What it does:

  • Centralised reporting — pulls data from Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, GA4, and other sources into a single dashboard, updated daily.
  • Creative reporting — we take daily screenshots of every live ad and tie performance metrics to each creative, so you can see exactly what’s working.
  • Knowledge Hub — our best-practice guides for every platform.
  • Automation tools — including our product feed enrichment tool, creative resizing tool (beta), and AI-powered optimisation tools.
  • Specialist Marketplace — vetted partners for adjacent services.

This replaces the need for most third-party attribution tools for our clients, though we’re happy to work alongside tools like Triple Whale or Sweet Analytics if a client gets specific value from them.

Every client a dedicated two-person account team at a minimum:

  • Account Lead — minimum 4 years platform experience
  • Activation Lead — minimum 2 years platform experience

These are the same people you’ll speak to on every call, and they’re the same people executing in the accounts. No revolving door, no freelancers on your account.

They’re backed up by our Data Analytics team (led by co-founder Fred) and Tech team, who build and maintain the platform and handle the more technical elements of tracking, feeds, and automation.

Servicing cadence:

  • Bi-weekly calls with the account team
  • Daily access via Slack (or your preferred channel)
  • Internal peer audits every 2 weeks to keep standards high
  • Full platform access at all times

It’s important to note that team size will scale based on the size of our fees, and that the structure described above is the minimum resource put forward.

We base projections on a scoring methodology built from auditing hundreds of accounts. For every account we audit, we score it across tracking, settings, strategy, audiences, and creative, then benchmark against the uplift we typically achieve at the 3-month mark.

Typical trajectory:

  • Months 1–2: Account stabilisation – fixing tracking, restructuring campaigns, cleaning audiences. Performance may stay flat while we fix foundations.
  • Month 3 onwards: Measurable uplift. Most clients will start seeing revenue growth on the same spend within 6 months just from foundation fixes, before we scale.
  • Months 6–12: Growth layer – new channels, audience expansion, creative testing scales.

We model projections against Shopify net revenue, not in-platform numbers, because that’s what actually matters to your business. We revisit projections every couple of months and re-forecast as we learn.

We’ve done this many times and have a clear process:

Step 1 — Discovery: We audit what’s in the accounts while you’re still with the current agency (read-only access). No disruption.

Step 2 — Handover form: We send the incumbent agency a structured handover form to capture context. Results vary on whether it gets completed, but either way we have enough from our own audit to move forward.

Step 3 — Tech ownership audit: Critical step. We identify any tools, feeds, or platforms owned by the incumbent (e.g., Shoptimise.ly feeds, creative management tools) and plan migration to tools we own on your behalf. We never put clients in a position where switching agencies means losing their tech.

Step 4 — Launch call: Full roadmap walkthrough with your team, all access set up, reporting dashboards built.

Step 5 — Parallel running (if needed): For accounts approaching peak periods, we may run alongside the incumbent briefly rather than ripping everything up. We never recommend a full rebuild right before a critical sales window.

Typical timeline from verbal yes to live: 5–10 working days.
