SITUATION

  • We work with a number of brands who have large product feeds. As a result, PMAX and Google Shopping campaign performance are critical to determining overall success.
  • Feed optimisation is a key method of growing visibility in the competitive Shopping ecosystem. However, there are a number of hurdles to navigate when attempting to action these improvements.
  • For example, product title optimisation is extremely challenging across multiple brands, with different title structures, attributes & categories. It’s extremely time intensive, and requires significant technical knowledge.

SOLUTION

  • Deploying our Gen-AI Product Feed Tool
  • We used our GPT Title Tool to transform feed titles over thousands of products.
  • It combines product data, search term data & feed optimisation best practices with our proprietary data pipeline using the OpenAI GPT API.
  • The more relevant titles help our ads to show for more high value search queries, which had a huge impact on audience quality & consequently on conversion rate.
