Maison Flâneur: AI Toolkit transforms Shopping performance

  • Maison Flâneur, the home of unique homeware, were looking to grow Google Shopping across their broad portfolio of products, with 30K+ SKUs over 300+ brands.
  • They engaged us to support them in optimising their product feed, a key method of growing visibility in the competitive Shopping ecosystem.
  • However, feed optimisation, especially when it comes to product titles, is extremely challenging across multiple brands, with different title structures, attributes and categories.
  • The situation demanded a dose of smart simplicity to overcome these challenges.

SOLUTION

  • Deploying our AI Toolkit
  • We used our custom-built GPT Title Tool to transform feed titles over thousands of products. Bespoke to Addesu, it allows us to significantly reduce the time needed to optimise product feeds.
  • It works by combining product data, search term data & feed optimisation best practices with our proprietary data pipeline using the OpenAI GPT API.
  • The more relevant titles help our ads to show for more high value search queries, which had a huge impact on audience quality & consequently on conversion rate.

RESULTS

  • Driving Significant Conversion Rate Uplifts
  • The launch of the tool had a clear impact on conversion rates across multiple markets.
  • US campaigns experienced a 41% increase in conversion rate, whilst the UK saw a 21% increase.
  • At the same time, ROAS saw a positive jump of +15% vs the control group.
