CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: AAL Group & Enable Living

We sat down with Stephen Pritchard, founder of the AAL Group to talk about his experience of partnering with Addesu.

The AAL Group sell quality mobility products from leading brands including Molift, Oxford, Invacare and Medical Weighing Scales, predominantly through their Enable Living website. Stephen is a T7 paraplegic himself following a motorbike accident in 1992, and started the business in 2005 to support others with the challenges of disabled living.

We’re very proud of the impact we’ve had since our partnership began in April 2025. Comparing April-November 2025 to the same period in 2024, AAL have seen a 200% increase in revenue from their paid media investments. This figure would be 366% were we to include events outside of online purchases (phone calls, service requests and web quotes), but there was no tracking in place for this until we started working on the accounts. ROAS increased from 1.70 to 4.09, and we scaled their spend by 25% along the way too.
